1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website located at www.crownfund.co (the "Site") and all associated technological platforms, consultancy services, and educational materials provided by Crown Fund Ltd and Crown Fund Holdings Inc. (collectively, the "Company", "we", "our"). By accessing the Site or utilizing our services, you ("User", "Client") accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. NATURE OF SERVICES AND LIMITATION OF RELIANCE
All content, research, data, and technology-enabled simulations (including Quantum Risk-as-a-Service architecture) provided by the Company are for educational, strategic, and informational purposes only.
No Financial Advice: Nothing contained on the Site or within our consultancy framework constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Users acknowledge that the Company bears no fiduciary duty to any User or Client. Any strategic or business development decisions made by the User based on the Company’s educational or consultancy materials are made strictly at the User's own risk.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
All intellectual property, including but not limited to proprietary deep-tech frameworks, algorithmic simulations, trademarks, logos, educational curricula, and website design, are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering of our proprietary methodologies is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
4. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, officers, shareholders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a User's utilization of our consultancy services or technology platforms. The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from the User's breach of these Terms or their reliance on the informational services provided.
5. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England. For disputes involving US-based entities or data, the laws of the State of New York shall apply supplementally.
